Standing seam (or concealed fastener) roofing is the most popular for residential properties. It’s a more aesthetically pleasing style of metal roofing that conceals the fasteners between panels. This type of metal roof has fasteners visible in between panels.

The timeline varies depending on the project size and complexity, but steel buildings typically have much faster construction times than traditional buildings. Once the foundation is prepared, assembly can take a few weeks to a couple of months.

Yes! Steel buildings can be fully customized in terms of size, layout, exterior finishes, insulation, windows, doors, and more. You can also add mezzanines, overhangs, and other features to suit your needs.

Are steel buildings energy-efficient?

Yes! When combined with proper insulation and energy-efficient roofing panels, steel buildings can significantly reduce heating and cooling costs. Cool roof coatings and solar panels can further enhance energy savings.

How do steel buildings perform in extreme weather conditions?

Steel buildings are highly resistant to hurricanes, tornadoes, heavy snow loads, and seismic activity when properly engineered. They also do not rot, warp, or get damaged by termites like wood structures.

Do steel buildings require maintenance?

Very little! Unlike wood buildings that may need repairs due to pests, moisture, and decay, steel buildings require minimal maintenance. Routine inspections and cleaning can help ensure longevity
